1. The term "Wangog.pl" means the company wangog.pl Robert Biernat, which is a sole proprietorship with its registered office in Chyliczki, at ul. Letnia 16, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, identified by the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5211337466 and the National Business Registry Number (REGON) 389084521.

2. The term "Website" means a website on the World Wide Web designed, created and maintained by Wangog.pl for the User under the concluded Agreement, based on the wildcard domain address https://*.wangog.pl.

3. The term "User" means a natural person who creates an Account on the Website and who may conclude one or more Agreements.

4. The term "Agreement" means the agreement between the User and Wangog.pl regarding the design, implementation and maintenance of the Website.

5. The term "Account" means an account on the Website belonging to the User, identified by an email address and secured with a password. 

6. The term "Survey" means a survey completed by the User after concluding the Agreement, the purpose of which is to determine the User's requirements regarding the content and appearance of the Website.

7. The term "User Panel" means the functionality available on the Website after logging in to the Account, through which the User can operate the Websites. 

8. The term "Privacy Policy" means this document.

9. The term "Website" means the website https://wangog.pl.

10. The term "Regulations" means the regulations available on the Website.

11. Personal data is protected and processed in accordance with applicable law, the principles adopted at Wangog.pl and respect for the right to privacy.

12. The administrator and processor is Wangog.pl.

13. The Data Controller processes various personal data: data entered by the User during account registration (email address), data entered by the User in the User Panel (name, surname, telephone number, billing information), and data entered by the User in the Survey (company name, address, Tax Identification Number). The Controller also processes data that provides information about User activity and data derived from cookies. Based on separate consent, Wangog.pl may also process data for marketing purposes.

14. If Facebook or Google account details are used to log in, these data will be transferred to Wangog.pl, but Wangog.pl will not obtain any rights to the User's account.

15. Wangog.pl also processes data automatically when users visit the Website. This data includes IP address, request URL, device identifier, browser type and language, amount of time spent on a specific page, operating system type and version, and server log data.

16. Agreements with Wangog.pl are concluded by accepting the Regulations.

17. Data processing at Wangog.pl is always carried out for strictly defined purposes. We process data to conclude the Agreement, implement the provisions of the Agreement, provide services, collect opinions, analyze website traffic, or personalize services and products, for direct marketing purposes, to prevent fraud, and ensure network and information security.

18. Wangog.pl always collects only the data that is necessary, in accordance with the principle of data minimization.

19. Wangog.pl does not transfer personal data to other entities.

20. Wangog.pl ensures that every data subject has the right to exercise their rights. These include: the right to access data and the right to obtain a copy thereof, the right to rectification, the right to erasure of data, including the limitation of this right, the right to restriction of processing, the right to withdraw consent to data processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. All rights can be exercised by contacting us via the chat available in the User Panel.

21. Wangog.pl uses so-called social media plugins on its websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, and LinkedIn. They are used to share or recommend content.
